We will aim to despatch your invitations (design & quantity dependent) within 7-10 working days. (please note working days are Mon-Friday). Please use the following as a rough estimate:- 20-50 invitations - 7-10 working days from receipt of confirmed order. 50-100 invitations 14 working days from receipt of confirmed order. 100+ please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of confirmed order. We will notify of progress and despatch notification.

We do not accept returns on any personalised product. We accept returns if we have made a mistake (i.e.spelling). Please refer to our Terms & conditions.

We use Royal Mail for all of our goods. The service we use 'Royal Mail 2nd Class'. You will be notified when goods have been dispatched.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

When you purchase one of our digital downloads (non-wedding), you will automatically receive your selected product shortly after payment has been made. For digital Wedding Invitations please allow 48hrs.
